DSAE Searching for the STEMI: Classic Inferior MI Pattern

Please note the salient features of the cardiogram below:

1.  This ECG demonstrates no evidence of LVH or LBBB.
2. ST-segment elevation concave down (tombstoning) in Leads II, III, avF.
3. Tall with smooth peak, symmetrical, broad-based T-waves in Leads II, III, avF (hyperacute Ts).
4. ST-segment depressions of reciprocity noted.
