In general, the ECG courses run the gamut from Basic to Advanced and would best be categorized as follows:

No. Our online ECG courses are ideal for continuing medical education or for further ECG training as a student while enrolled in an accredited college or university program. But taking the courses alone does not issue an ECG or Monitor Technician capability.
Although we do not have a partnership with the program below, it has been recommended by clients:

The topics of ECG Rhythms and 12-lead ECG are taught separately, primarily to accommodate our wide audience of medical fields and participants.  Many of our medical providers find the Animated ECG Rhythms Course and ACLS Prep Course a convenient brush-up prior to sitting for certification or recertification exams. The topic of 12-lead ECG interpretation is covered comprehensively in the 12-lead ECG Course, the follow up 50 ECG Case Study (review) Course and STEMI ECG Mimic Review Courses.

If you have finished the ECG course, you will need to submit your final exam for “final evaluation”.  This should then take you to a page where you will select the best certificate of completion for your needs: General, CME or CE.

If you need to reprint a previously printed CME or CE certificate, please login to your course, click “Print Your Certificate” and you will be taken to the CME certificate of completion. If it’s been more than one year since you completed your course, please allow our customer support team several days to retrieve your CME certificate in our archives.   Contact Us.

If you have placed your ECG course or book order but have not received a confirmation email, we ask that you check your spam, trash or junk email file folders.  For future correspondence, please adjust your email settings to allow by email from “Dr Stanley’s ECGcourse.com”.  If you continue to have difficulty, please contact us.

In general, our “Free Shipping” permits 8-14 days (not including holidays and weekends) from order date for materials to arrive in the lower 48 United States. Priority Mail is generally received in 3-5 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays).  Please note that all ECG book orders are processed via US Post Office or UPS.

In some situations, the materials may be waiting at the local Post Office, and the customer will receive a notice that they have a package waiting at the post office for pickup.  An ECG order which is returned back to ECGcourse.com will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.  If an incorrect address it given, when possible, the order can be rerouted.  However, any fees involved in resending or rerouting will be at the expense of the customer.  A delay in shipping may occur with orders including but not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.  Coupons granting “Free Shipping“ will default to the 8-14 day period for Standard Economy or Media Mail.

ECG course materials that have been delivered but not picked up will be reshipped at the expense of the customer.

ECG course returns may be made within 30 days of purchase. A full refund cannot be issued if any of the online portion is more than 30% complete and/or the ECG course hardcopy materials have been marked or written in.  All ECG books must be in re-sellable condition.  Any returns with missing items or used materials will have the retail price of the missing or damaged item deducted from the refund.  When returning your ECG course books, please contact us to receive a prepaid shipping label for return. The cost of original shipping in addition to the return shipment will be deducted from your return. If shipping independently without a pre-approved return label, it is strongly recommended that you use shipping with Delivery Confirmation and/or Insurance to ensure that your ECG books may be tracked in the event that the package is lost.  We cannot issue a refund for ECG books which have not been received.  There is a restocking fee for each return equal to $15/course purchase.  For example, the ECG Intensive Bundle (12-lead, Animated Rhythms, 50 Case Studies), the fee is $30 for the two courses with hardcopy ECG books.  Priority Mail fees are nonrefundable.

Please note: for ECG course returns of larger group orders, your refund will be assessed an additional 4% of the merchandise purchase cost.

To complete the return form, click here and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for the return and refund process of your ECG course.  All tender is refunded in the form in which it was first exchanged (i.e. PayPal, credit/debit cards receive credit to the same card; check will be issued for check orders to the original payee, etc).  A refund required via money order will incur a restocking fee of $15 plus any fees for the money order.  If the ECG book materials returned have been written in, highlighted, damaged, bent, torn or show any signs of use, your refund will be assessed less the retail cost of the ECG book which is in used condition.
